Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While my room was spacious and clean, the dining experience left much to be desired. The service from the front desk staff was excellent, making it easy to coordinate my many reservations. However, the food quality was disappointing and definitely below expectations for a hotel in this price range.
This hotel offers a clean and spacious atmosphere, perfect for those with early flights. The fitness room is impressive and the food was quite good. However, I encountered a rude check-in experience, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it's a decent spot for a layover, but be cautious with parking fees.
My stay at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare was a mixed bag. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the efficient check-in process. However, I faced some significant issues with an overbooking that caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The dining options were decent, but not outstanding. Overall, it's a convenient place for a layover, but be prepared for potential hiccups.
I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. The staff was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the substantial breakfast in the Club Room. However, my experience on my return visit wasn't as great, with some serious issues like room keys that didn't work and a lack of hot water. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the helpful staff and cozy rooms made a good impression.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us. However, the rooms felt outdated and in need of some serious renovations, which really took away from the overall experience. The dining options were limited and didn’t impress me at all. Overall, the hotel has potential, but definitely needs some upgrades and improvements to match the service quality.
